Resolute Forest Products has made several contributions to local organizations to assist with COVID-19 response efforts in some of the cities where the company operates.

Resolute donated $40,000 to United Way Centraide Canada in Montreal, where the company is headquartered.

The pulp and paper, sawmill and woodlands operations in Thunder Bay, Ontario have donated $25,000 to the Thunder Bay COVID-19 Community Response Fund, which is operated by the United Way of Thunder Bay and the Thunder Bay Community Foundation.

The donations will be used for financial relief as communities navigate the economic and social impacts of coronavirus.
